Great Kids Farm is a place where Baltimore City school students, parents, teachers, community members, corporate supporters and others join forces to promote the sustainable growing and consumption of healthy food.
Activities at the Farm are nearly 90% volunteer driven. To meet our bold vision for the future, we need your help!
Below are ways you can become part of the dynamic community at Great Kids Farm:
- Volunteer! Find out about our upcoming
volunteer orientation.
- Organize a group service day. Bring those
you work with, your family or a group of friends to nurture lasting bonds and
give back to your community.
- Donate Money or Things. Our online link through the
Baltimore Community Foundation makes it
easy to donate to us. We also maintain a wish list
of much-needed and much-appreciated farm and office supplies.
- Become a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) member. For a yearly fee, you can have a weekly supply of freshly picked Great Kids Farm produce for 22 weeks of the year. Learn more and become part of our
CSA family.
- Join our team. Occasionally, we have job openings at Great Kids Farm. During growing season, we rely on dedicated interns to help with farm work and administrative tasks. Check out our
listings!
- Join our mailing list. We want to be in touch with you regularly – to share what
is growing in season, how we have inspired young people at our Farm and ways in
which you can help.
