Great Kids Farm operates on a bare bones budget and yet there is so much to do. Below are examples of how your gift would be used:

• Bring Baltimore City Public School students to the Farm to learn about planting and harvesting crops
• Host educational workshops for teachers
• Provide internship opportunities for Baltimore students
• Distribute starter materials and information for school gardens
• Buy farm supplies, seeds, gloves and tools
• Provide organically grown food to food education programs at city schools
• Renovate the barn, greenhouses and other buildings
• Provide supplies to an on-site kitchen so students can prepare and preserve the food they grow
• Feed the goats, chickens and take care of the bees
• And many, many other things
